A massive thank-you must go to everyone who came along and did their bit for the local community.
People of all ages turned out at the planting site on Saturday, October 9, to join in the effort.
The site is about a 15 minute walk into the Wrack Woods, which are in the grounds of Duff House.
The In Bloom group hope that the daffodils will be a welcome addition to that area in the Spring.
There are already snowdrop and bluebell walks in that area, and the daffodils will add to what already exists.
In Bloom group volunteer Michael Roy was delighted with the public's response to pleas to help out.
He said: "This was a fantastic example of a real community effort.
"We have quite a few months to wait, but we look forward to seeing the fruits of our labour in the Spring."
The In Bloom group is involved in a number of projects to help improve floral features in Banff and Macduff.
They hold regular working groups and volunteers, whether or not they are members of the Trust, are always welcome.
